*新建築還用落後的中繼水箱。
*施工品質不佳，入住時水管堵塞要通三天。
*室內用料差，衛浴材質差，隔音超級差。
*地下室地版鋪面差，怎麼都清理不乾淨。
*一樓室內公設必須用沙包抵檔大雨。
*起風時大風直灌地下室，電梯間門不好關，小孩要拉好，深陷危險中。
評語：
大樓看地段，有錢都能修。
樓高本應好風景，美食廟口多好食，品質放爛真該死！
