官方記載「始建於民國 36 年」，
民國 53 年重建於本市仁德里北大路 251 號現址，當時北大路從西大路至北門街此段街道上為闢建，
所以當時北辰福德宮是在路肩，相當於今日北大路中央，民國 82 年這段街道擴建，北辰福地宮重新由當時蘇再來委員建議，改建今日三層樓式，位於今日北大路 251 號，
第一層樓供奉
土地公婆，二樓供奉觀世音菩薩、文殊菩薩、普賢菩薩，三樓供奉玉皇大帝。

In 1991, it was rebuilt on the current site at No. 251 Beida Road, Rendeli, when Beida Road was built on the street from Xida Road to Beimen Street.
Therefore, the Beichen Fude Palace was on the shoulder of the road at the time, which is equivalent to the center of today’s Beida Road. In 1982, this section of the street was expanded. The Beichen Fudi Palace was rebuilt on the proposal of the then committee member Su Zailai to rebuild today’s three-story building at No. 251, today’s Beida Road.
Enshrine on the first floor
The father-in-law of the land, the second floor is dedicated to Guanyin Bodhisattva, Manjushri, Samantabhadra, and the third floor is dedicated to the Jade Emperor.
