★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 說實在有點吃不明白?裡面餡料是比較清淡的高麗菜香。但皮很酥給讚但略厚，比較像是皮殼的感覺。醬料相當好吃，醬料是靈魂！為了醬料再來吃是ok的。鍋貼本身味道實在太清淡了。
To be honest, it’s a bit hard to understand ? The filling is a relatively light cabbage fragrance. But the skin is very crispy but slightly thicker, more like a crust. The sauce is quite delicious, the sauce is the soul! It's ok to eat again for the sauce. The pot stickers themselves tasted too bland.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 已經回訪無數次！從在新復珍旁邊一路吃到搬家在對面騎樓…小時候吃到大！我吃得是在地新竹人的回憶啊啊啊～而且是選擇困難者的福音店！只有賣主食鍋貼、湯品：酸辣/貢丸、飲料：豆漿…個人覺得鍋貼口感比連鎖鍋貼店來得酥脆！香氣足夠～雖然有點油，但這就是吃鍋貼的覺悟啊XDD
只是這次回訪…價格已經上漲到70元有點無法常吃的境界了ಥ_ಥ說實在…還滿難過的?以前會點2份現在只能點一份來吃…
酸辣湯料也是滿多的！可自行加點醋增添味道～

I ate the memories of the local Hsinchu people ah ah ah ~ and it is a gospel shop for those who have difficulty choosing! Only the staple food dumplings, soups: hot and sour / tribute balls, drinks: soy milk... Personally, I think the taste of the dumplings is crisper than that of the chain dumpling shops! The aroma is enough~ Although it is a little oily, but this is the consciousness of eating pot stickers XDD
It's just this return visit... The price has risen to 70 yuan and it's a bit unusable to eat ಥ_ಥ To be honest... I'm still very sad ? I used to order 2 and now I can only order one...
The hot and sour soup is also full! You can add some vinegar to taste

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 假日逛街看到主食只賣鍋貼的店家，相比對自家鍋貼很有信心，點了一份鍋貼和冰豆漿，現點現煎熱騰騰的很棒，鍋貼皮偏厚實，內餡偏清淡，跟八方的鍋貼剛好是相反的配置，然後最重要的是醬料！！我吃起來像是店家自行調配的醬料（不是單純醬油），個人覺得醬汁的驚艷感搶過鍋貼口感，加在一起蹦出一番感覺
When I went shopping during the holiday, I saw a shop that only sold pot stickers as the main food. Compared with their own pot stickers, I was very confident. I ordered a pot sticker and iced soy milk. Bafang's pot stickers are just the opposite configuration, and then the most important thing is the sauce! ! I tasted like the sauce prepared by the store (not just soy sauce). Personally, I felt that the amazing feeling of the sauce overwhelmed the taste of the pot stickers.
