新竹市少數的油飯店家,油飯粒粒分明,滷肉的部分也剛剛好,調味個人蠻喜歡的,有一點甜甜的口味。二層肉的話品質也不錯,有入口即化的感覺。店內用餐環境整體算乾淨,不過這間的小缺點是沒有賣燙青菜,有點可惜,不然應該可以解一點膩。是一間會再訪的店。

牛仔油飯原本跟竹山意麵、北門炸粿一樣是長和宮外圍的店家,後來長和宮整修後,搬家了。 目前在城北街,附近很不好停車,所以最好是騎機車來。 內用的客人,老闆會依照人數,分配座位,座位是共享空間,可能會跟其他人一張桌。服務人員清桌速度很快,翻桌率高。 醬料自取,內用外帶的人,大家都會裝上一盤,看到幾乎大家都直接加在油飯上面。後來裝一小盤試試,發現很辣,嗜辣的人,絕對會喜歡。 夏天有竹筍湯,冬天是白菜湯,白菜湯跟白菜滷很像,裡面有豬皮,但是比較多水,是湯頭好的白菜湯。 太晚來了,沒有嘴邊肉,最後點了豬頭皮跟生腸。油飯好吃,不會太乾,裡面還有紅蘿蔔塊。 喜歡古早味的人不要錯過。

很奇妙的店 不能自己選位置 是老闆指定 只能先站在門口點完餐買完單才能入老闆指定的座位 單然也感受不到任何親切的神情及溫度 很快就上菜了 每一道都是還可以 不會特別感動或值得再來一次 若要選一個好吃的 那我會給魯鴨蛋 有入味?? 另要注意有個雷 我個人覺得是沙魚煙 應該是冷凍再退冰 所以沒有沙魚煙肉質的Q度及吃不到煙燻香 非常遺憾??
