★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久久沒吃會懷念的老味道，湯頭非常好，乾麵是新竹少見的豬油加蒜蓉醬油膏，肉片的軟嫩度處理的也很好。
The old taste that I will miss if I haven't eaten it for a long time. The soup is very good. The dry noodles are rare in Hsinchu with lard and garlic soy sauce. The tenderness of the meat is also very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自己從台中出差到此用餐已經來不下幾次，疫情過後再次帶家人，口感湯頭值得回味，各類小菜與滷味非常推薦。新竹的家鄉味，店家人員的親切感很是鄉土情懷！
I have come here for dinner a few times from a business trip in Taichung. After the epidemic, I brought my family again. The soup tastes worthy of recollection.
