I would recommend their soup dumplings, they are really delicious. The skin is thin enough and less oily than some famous soup dumplings in Hsinchu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 湯包的肉餡不腥騷，湯汁也很多，但是皮是真的不太行，質地很奇怪，大概是為了方便機器製作調整了配方，變得厚度均勻但很沒有彈性，口感很不好。蝦餃則滿好吃的，又便宜(7顆50元)，很不錯。

It is probably because the formula is adjusted for the convenience of machine production, and the thickness is uniform but not elastic, and the taste is very bad. The shrimp dumplings are delicious and cheap (7 pieces of 50 yuan), which is very good.
