怕酒味的要斟酌,整體來說對冬天是一大福音
椒鹽的話就是有加味精,
其實小菜非常好吃,只是一般人沒有注意
附近車位很難停、臨停都稍微困難
雖然常常排隊,但是服務速度算快

You can also try Wine Cooked Chicken Soup and Duck Stewed with Angelicae Radix.
Recommend to come here if you go to Hsinchu for touring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The signature cuisines are Gua Bao and Si-Shen soup. Gua Bao is Taiwan style hamburger. A steamed bun sandwishes braised pork belly, pickled Chinese cabbage, and powdered peanuts. Is it greasy? No, not at all. The bun and pickled cabbage moderate the greasy of port belly. The peanuts powder enhances the taste to another amazing level.
The Si-Shen is consisted of port belly, pig small intestine, lotus seeds, common yum, euryale ferox seeds, and tuckahoe. Some rice wine will be seasoned as a final step of the soup, and it brings you a wonderful smell and taste.
These two signature cuisines are my must-bought dishes. Recommend them to everyone.
