I said early that I would not let the contract be cancelled. I also said that direct management is slower than the system of the store and home. I was asked to go to the direct management office. I pretended to be the operating system. Store! !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度差，觀感不佳。只是反應母親節的排隊方案需加強，確定排不到的就早該勸導解散，而不是排3個小時後才說，後面的沒了可以回去了。顧客自己要排的，願打願挨，我同意。也不用氣到掛電話說不滿意就投訴吧。
我們只好投訴囉，反正敢這樣講也不差這ㄧ則負評。
Poor service attitude and poor perception. It just reflects that the queuing plan for Mother’s Day needs to be strengthened. Those who are determined to be unable to be queued should have been persuaded to disband, instead of saying that after three hours, they can go back. Customers who want to arrange themselves, are willing to fight and suffer, I agree. You don't have to be so angry to hang up and say you are not satisfied and complain.
We have to complain, anyway, it’s not bad to dare to say so, it’s a negative comment.
