I highly do not recommend this company, especially the Vietnamese business Ruan * Lan. The Filipino caregiver at home took care of Grandpa for four years. Grandpa was able to move freely and was in a normal spirit. He took a bath and urinates by himself. However, because other family members in the family usually work, I hope that the nursing can accompany Grandpa. The caregiver is doing housework and cooking. Maybe we treat her too much. All right! She would go out every day to buy things twice for about 1.5 hours each time, start playing on the computer at 2 o'clock in the afternoon and prepare dinner at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, start playing on the computer at 8 o'clock in the shower, take a shower and blow the hair for about 2 hours, it should be when she really sleeps 1 o'clock in the morning! Being impatient with grandpa is very fierce, and will slam the door when you are in a bad mood... We all endure to say that it is troublesome to change one, and we have not complained to Ruan's business in the past four years, because we are afraid that the caregiver will retaliate after knowing it... Until one morning I heard that the nursing was very fierce to Grandpa and I couldn't bear it anymore without taking Grandpa for a walk! Called Ruan's business and told her about the situation and asked for a new caregiver! On the phone, she only responded coldly whether I was sure to change! The next day when Ruan’s business came to our house, we were telling her all about what happened. In the end, she only said: Okay, if you are sure to change, I will take her away. I’m not sure when there will be a new one. It may take half a year! After more than 2 months, Ruan’s business did not call to care, nor did he actively inform the progress of applying for new nursing care. His attitude was very bad! Later, I heard from a friend that some intermediary companies are bosses with foreign caregivers, because foreign caregivers are the source of the company's gold! Fortunately, after being introduced, I changed the agency. The business is Taiwanese, and I am older. I really care about us like my mother! The conclusion is that you must never approach foreign business, foreign business will not take the stand of Taiwanese!
