I went in for a complete trim (3 mm), and some places run the trimmer over quickly, and you can be in and out quickly. He took his time, and, although I haven't tried it yet, he offers a shave with a straight razor. It's a small-time operation, but it is close to where I live. I found it worth the price because I consider it a good quality cut.
