 Their dumplings are presented in a ratio of about 50/50 between the skin and the filling. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 水餃中規中矩，照片中看不出有煮爛。如其他人說的，水餃餡和皮的比例接近1：1，內餡要再多一些才對得起6塊的水餃。
蝦肉水餃吃不出蝦味，點韭菜高麗菜就可以了。
希望櫃檯人員服務態度可以親和些。
夾的小菜有燙過，還不錯，這次點豆干海帶豬頭皮。
醬料就沒研究了。
整體來說還可以吃！
The dumplings are quite satisfactory, and there is no overcooking in the photos. As others have said, the ratio of dumpling filling to skin is close to 1:1, and a little more filling is worthy of 6 pieces of dumplings.
Shrimp dumplings can't taste shrimp, just order leek and cabbage.
I hope the service attitude of the counter staff can be more friendly.
The side dishes in the clip have been hot, and it's not bad. This time I ordered the pork scalp with dried tofu and seaweed.
No research on sauces.
Overall it's edible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點了麻辣水餃和牛肉湯，水餃本身夠味，不需要再沾醬，配蒜頭吃，還蠻搭的；再來牛肉湯，湯頭好喝，有用心，牛肉嫩軟入味，但是我點小碗，有點意猶未盡。
I ordered spicy dumplings and beef soup. The dumplings themselves are delicious, and they don't need to be dipped in sauce. They go well with garlic. Come back to the beef soup. A little hesitant.

餃子好吃但麻辣餃我實在覺得太刺激，高麗菜餃好吃，
內用蒜末自己加，超讚，還有山東醋！
