現場說又有T5燈管，告知一定要講T5層板燈或是串接燈，此類名詞，他們才聽得懂。後面拿出來的燈具，被我發現串接孔不一樣，提問女員工後，又說客人沒講清楚接孔，讓他誤會。
先不論專業度問題，一有狀況就先把錯推給客人，服務態度也需要調整，請再多努力加油，否則不會再回購。
The female staff had problems with their professionalism and service attitude. They told me that there was no LED tube T5 tube on the phone, and then dropped in because they wanted to buy a light bulb.
It was said on the spot that there was another T5 lamp, and told that they must talk about T5 laminate lamps or tandem lamps. Only then did they understand such terms. I found out that the serial connection holes of the lamps I took out later were different. After asking the female employee, I said that the customer didn't explain the connection holes clearly, which caused him a misunderstanding.
Regardless of the degree of professionalism, the wrong will be reported to the customer as soon as the situation arises. The service attitude also needs to be adjusted. Please work harder, otherwise you will not buy again.
