雖然只是體驗課程
但教練還是超級仔細的教學及耐心解說,遇到聽不懂的也會換一種方式說明然後讓我感受差異~
看了一些動作後,馬上就點出了一直以來自己都不知道的錯誤習慣,調整後馬上感覺力量的輸出有所差異
工作室的空間不算大,但是環境很舒服~
教練不但專業,馬上就能看出動作要缺點,還很會鼓勵人?即使第一次學也完全不會感到有挫折跟壓力。

今天是蹲舉團課,也是我第一次參加團體課程
剛開始不熟悉有點緊張,而且因為是無車一族一開始以為交通很不方便,
實際上15路公車牛埔站下車走沒幾步就到了
我大概在今年1月開始進入健身房訓練並且購買1對1的教練課,
三項的動作都有做過也有定期進健身房訓練但不敢說很標準。
今天課程中教練先解說蹲舉的操作方法,包括握距、臀位、高背、低背等
雖然基礎的蹲舉動作大多數的健身房都會教
但通常因為要教導的東西教廣比較無法這麼詳細介紹
這裡的課程教導方針就如他的招牌「力量學校」一樣,
以提升最大肌力為主,
教練們有健力比賽背景還有敏銳的觀察能力,
馬上就能針對學員動作控制的問題做調整。
教練說的東西我也可以馬上了解溝通上沒有障礙也很容易理解
並且在課程中也有好多機會可嘗試與練習增加身體的記憶與感受度。
同時上課除了一般訓練的方法,
也帶到他們健力比賽時的一些技巧與經驗
告訴我們如何讓比賽成績更亮眼,
也告訴我們日常練和選手訓練的不同。
這次讓我最大的收穫有兩個
首先是是出槓的穩定
我一直都不知道原來自己出槓的姿勢與穩定度都非常需要加強
今天經過教練的指導與調整我感覺出槓順利也穩定許多
另一個是體驗了低背槓
我在肌力訓練聖經以及各種教科書都看過這個方法,我也曾想嘗試過
但是當時沒有教練指導也抓不到下蹲的位置
所以一直覺得為什麼有人要用這麼奇怪的方法去訓練蹲舉
但還好今天有參加課程 我才感受到低背槓的特點和感受
同時教練都有顧到每一位同學的問題、姿勢以及對症下藥去做調整輔助
我相信就算有練過一陣子也可以在這邊學到不少東西。

I can also immediately understand what the coach said there is no obstacle in communication and it is easy to understand

There are two biggest gains for me this time
The first is the stability of the bar
I have never known that my posture and stability of the bar need to be strengthened very much.
Today, after the coach’s guidance and adjustment, I feel that the bar is smooth and stable
The other is to experience low back bars
I have read this method in the muscle training bible and various textbooks, and I also wanted to try it
But I couldn’t get the squat position without the coach’s guidance.
So I always think why some people use such a strange method to train squats
But fortunately, I participated in the course today and I felt the characteristics and feelings of low back bars.
At the same time, the coach has taken care of each classmate’s problems, posture, and the right medicine to make adjustments and assistance.
I believe that even if I have practiced for a while, I can learn a lot here.

因為舉重又重新學習了深蹲和硬舉,第一次有教練跟我說重心在哪裡,才會輕、才會順、才會有最大的輸出。舉重與跟我之前的訓練很不一樣,舉重要練習協調性、要找動作跟身體重心。舉重的動作也很快,在幾秒鐘就結束了,但是教練在那幾秒鐘用眼睛看就知道問題在哪裡 (眼睛不知道會不會壞掉??
教練也會根據我們上課一些做不好的地方,在下課後傳來操作過或提到的動作影片,可以自己再琢磨練習,教練也鼓勵我們多看一些選手的舉重影片,反正都有慢動作,可以去欣賞別人也檢視自己的不足。
記得有一次上完課留下來練習,教練剛好沒事就這樣無償又看了我一小時的分腿 (我就真的爛?
常常覺得舉重很難(對,舉重對我來說就是這麼難),教練也會給我鼓勵,雖然現在我也沒有覺得簡單過???
因為在別的地方上過教練課,我可以感受到教練的一份真,不藏招,會把所有適合的都告訴你,教練對我們這群學生真的是百分之兩百的有耐心。
常常在教練的眼裡看到光,是對舉重的志業與熱誠,而且教練實力真的很堅強,常常覺得教練的收費真的是我們學生賺到?
力量學校開新的工作室了,真的很替教練們開心,也推薦給所有想學好動作基礎、健力和舉重的人?

Because I have taken coaching classes in other places, I can feel the coach’s trueness and will tell you everything that is suitable. The coach is really 200% patient with our group of students. .

教練的部份也是一極棒!不知不覺跟了阿荃教練一年了~從剛開始的深蹲、硬舉到現在能做完整個抓舉、挺舉,真的是非常的不容易!看似很簡單、只需要三秒內完成的動作,恕不知裡面藏了許許多多的基本功與細節!重點是!!阿荃教練超級的「有耐心!」也會完全解決我每次的疑問,下課後也會傳一些舉重選手的短片,去告訴我什麼動作之間的差異和我該如何調整我自己,使得每一次的我都越來越進步,阿荃教練就是一個完全「不藏技!」的教練,想要學舉重的朋友們找他就對了!!
而且這邊的收費非常合理!!
