給一顆星,是感謝這間車行讓我上了寶貴的一課,要我不要隨便相信這種看起來很大,交車速度很快的車行。 照片是我的車,PGO的Bon 125,車禍之後,外觀損壞最明顯的是這個側條,當初估價說,原廠的要1300,一開始只是覺得有點不合理,後來問別人跟查網路零件的價格,最多也不會超過900,打電話去問能不能再把價格開低一點(從1300到1000我都覺得可以),但接電話的服務人員只是很官腔的說,這是和老闆討論過後,給老客戶最優惠的價格,不能再低了,而且零件都是原廠的哦。 後來決定不給這間修車,想換別間,結果不行,因為為了估價,我想說就拆開看吧,然後就是全車拆散,這個概念就像是“頭洗一半,只能繼續洗下去”一樣,而且車行的態度是:我都幫你備好材料了,現在說不修是想怎樣? 所以只好說,那就總價13500砍到8000,該換的換,小擦傷的車殼零件就不換了吧。 於是,我就又等到第四天(扣掉中間一天休息),打電話去問修好了沒有,車行回還有一個零件還沒到,要再一兩天,那我想請問,說好的備好材料呢? 終於,我等到了昨天(週三),跟我說修好車可以去領了,不過因為時間關係,我到隔天才領車。領車之後,就是圖片上看到的樣子,零件用副廠的,算了,畢竟我把總價砍了五千多,在所難免,但是組裝也組裝不好嗎? 以上,是我的個人經驗,我不知道多少人跟我一樣經歷過這樣的歷程,也許是我太單純才被這樣對待,怪不了別人,但我覺得一定會有更好的車行,在處理一樣事情的時候,不會讓人感覺這麼不愉快。 謝謝買車後一年多來,車行三位師父幫我換機油、調煞車、回答我的笨問題,不過就這樣了,我再也不會踏進這裡,也不會推薦任何人去的。 噢,對了,為什麼我忍耐到取車後才發文呢?因為我不知道,如果車行知道我給這樣的評論,會不會對我的車做出什麼事呢?

修過兩三次,感覺都非常不好,都是一種急於推銷產品也不想多講的態度;最後一次大大大雷,車的電瓶壞了去換,店員表示換好也無法回充,我詢問大約還能再騎半年,想說那就半年左右再換新車,然後店員又推薦新輪胎、新軸承,不拉不拉的2000多元,換完後騎25天…沒電了;牽去同一家店員馬上否認上次說的話,變成都有告知了,如果只有這些壽命為何要在最後一次推這推那的新耗材更換??海削最後一次嗎? 千萬不要去這一家店,把客戶當潘仔、把客戶當肥羊,然後出問題去詢問就換一個嘴臉!!
