★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 保固內來送修小米手環，但取件居然跟我說是新品，原本叫我回家測試，還好現場測試完全不能過電，不然又要再來一趟，但新品沒有測試是否正常就通知客戶取件，竹苗唯一能送的地點，這個服務真的無法接受，大老遠跑來結果更換還是壞的，品質出廠這麼有信心?下次又要來一次？而且只能平日⋯⋯

無障礙入口藏在哪裡，方便我下才取件出入。真的是服務很好，態度很好
Service attitude is super good. I am in a wheelchair and this is the first time I went to the building. I didn't expect that there was no slope to enter. I had the cheek to ask the center to send someone down to help. They didn't even use the excuse of calling family members or friends to send repairs.
Where is the barrier-free entrance hidden, so that it is convenient for me to pick up and go out. Really good service, good attitude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service Center for electric appliances and electronics. To get there take the elevator to the right of the main door and directly go to the 10th floor. Now wait your turn. Both times I went the service was attentive and relatively fast. They handle a lot of brands and I guess send all devices back to the manufacturer. I went in with a Mi band and got a new one the next day.
