本來期待不高~意外的美味
餡料：
覺得有在用心調料，豬肉沒有肉臭味，有加入姜末去腥。
麵皮：
煎炸過的餡餅皮好吃，有酥脆感但又保留一點點QQ黏黏的麵皮口感
醬料：
辣椒醬很用心耶！！！是自己做的新鮮辣椒，輕輕灑一點胡椒粉，再加入辣椒醬，會有一股香氣，促進食慾！
但是如果人多等待的時間應該比較久一點，老闆是那種慢工出細活型，現包用小火慢煎（麵皮才會脆脆又保有Q黏），要有耐心等待！
