★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 態度其差無比，一踏進去整間的行員看起來氣氛就閒的很詭異，簡單開個戶問的又多又苛薄，要你講工作地點開戶原因住哪裡之後，令人傻眼的是，辦的員工講說既然你住寶山，在寶山的分行開戶就好了，幹嘛跑來這邊，就想問你難道你分行的位置不再新竹嗎? 如果本人是從高雄過來開戶，也沒在新竹有工作和讀書的這種情形，那真的被你態度差沒話講，現在是存錢給你放高利貸，態度還這麼囂張。那反問如果我家附近有肯德基，就不能到別處的肯德基吃了嗎? 傲慢的態度，讓人懷疑真的是身為服務業的銀行嗎，真是爛到給一星都嫌多，不會在這種銀行開戶了
