★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pork rice is a bit salty but still great. Pork ball soup is tasty and chewy, I think I can use that to play ping pong. The rice noodles are fine. The price is cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found quite a few stands around the Hsichu Chenghuang Temple, where traditional delis are offered and Hsinchu can get rid of nightmare of “desert of delicacy”
This stand is right in front of the temple, with a lot of seats. People wait in lines at the first stop to order main dishes such as minced pork rice 肉燥飯, Taiwanese chicken rice 雞肉飯, and fried rice vermicelli 炒米粉.
After the main courses are set, we take the plate to the second stop, where side dishes and soups are offered.
I like the mix of thin and fat meats in the minced pork rice and the rich flavor of the sauce. However all the dishes appeared to be oily in the end. The pig blood soup was plain.
Prices are super friendly and the sizes are way more than the number I paid for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt their taste suit to their people who dislike Star anise ,not too sweet,the balance of sweetness and saltiness is a good balance, as it likes other most taiwanese braised pork shops’. The taste was normally ok,not special,just ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not as bad as one star, but definitely not worth for 3 stars. Super oily with both vegetables just like I was drinking a bowl of oil...?? flavour was normal as well. I have no idea why people queued so long line...
