我最喜歡的是四果冰,配料很搭,非常古早味。綠豆,楊桃乾,QQ非常的有特色。綠豆是乾式的,其他地方很少見。楊桃乾濃縮的滋味配上冰,我很喜歡。

廟口前的冰店,料品屬於很傳統,台北真的很難找,很久沒吃,來碗綜合吧!哇~料多實惠,尤其楊桃干酸甜好吃,有種上癮的感覺。

令人懷念的古早味剉冰,將近百年的廟口老店,每次都是新竹城隍廟美食最後一站。推薦四果冰,包括綠豆、花生、麥片、楊桃、QQ,不只四種材料,第四代小林老闆鵬欸說四果冰的意思是指這家冰店最具有代表性、最好吃的食材,所以每家冰店端出來的四果冰都不一樣。林家冰店的材料都是自己做的,每天早上五點起床,備料時間比開店時間還長,(請注意,每天固定的量賣完就沒有了)尤其是甜中帶鹹的乾綠豆,用的傳統的煮飯(台語的倩飯)方式。糖水也是一絕,用蔗糖(白糖)加紅糖依一定比例熬煮,清甜不膩,非常解暑。 林家冰店四果?之中的祖傳楊桃蜜餞在整碗冰之中扮演壓軸的重要角色,但鵬欸忍不住說起不再供應的土鳳梨,老闆說好像是生魚片的黑鮪魚,一大早去批發鳳梨,一顆顆鳳梨片片得薄可透光,再切成細絲,熬成蜜餞,那種香甜、略帶纖維的口感,絕對不是現在的牛奶鳳梨可以取代的,可惜現在已經沒有足夠的量裂土鳳梨蜜餞,只能從老闆的手機裡面看照片。 疫情稍緩,坐在城隍廟正對面吃冰,看著來來往往的香客人群,已經非常知足感恩了。 #冬天可以變成甜湯
