今天買阿瑛潤餅的時候意外發現就擺攤在前面,真幸運都不用找,買了麥芽餅。花生碎保有顆粒的口感,十分香,搭配香菜真是絕配,白色麥芽很軟不硬,雖然會黏牙但是不會太甜,濃濃的古早味

麥芽糖:糯米與小麥芽,一起熬煮所產生的自然醣化(糯米與小麥芽分解酵素的發酵反應),麥芽糖的甜度與熱量大約是所有蔗糖的40%左右的甜度,相對起來沒有這麼甜,熱量也沒這麼高。 酥脆的餅皮+糖份甜度適中白色的麥芽糖+香濃的花生粉+清新的香菜,這樣組成的傳統點心好吃不膩口微黏牙,還不錯。 來晚一點茯苓糕賣完了,有一點小失望。
