新竹市是消保會不是消基會。消保會是行政院消保處下轄組織(官方),不是消基會,消基會是民間組織,全名:中華民國消費者文教基金會,請不要搞錯喔!

爛死了 打電話去問美容課程付費的問題只會跟我說要賠對方5% 開頭就說沒跟他們簽約也沒刷卡也沒貸款分期,只留基本資料而已,就在那邊說我要寄存證信函 我連課程都還沒做產品都沒開封,我就問這樣我不想要做了有沒有什麼責任而已 講那一大堆嚇人 我直接傳訊息跟那個賣保養品說沒錢課程沒辦法上就解決了

12/24早上8點多左右,因為消費糾紛去電詢問存證信函的問題,有一位先生不曉得哪裡不對勁,講話非常不客氣也不耐煩,我不懂,消保會明明就是協助消費者解決問題的,為何要讓需要幫忙的人去承受公務人員的壞脾氣?目前已找到管道解決此事並已成功撤案,真不知道形同虛設的新竹市消保會是如何協助消費者解決問題的……
