存款開戶那位小姐的態度很差,讓人非常不舒跑。若不得已,根本不想在這裏開戶。一個爛行員,破壞了整個團隊。

辦事動作慢就算了,外幣換匯明明牌價上面顯示多少,辦理的時匯率更低,說依照電腦系統,但明明我在等號碼時,牌價匯率根本沒有低到那個數字過,還只錢也是10元人民幣不收是怎樣,沒見過這樣的銀行,下次寧可去其他家,感覺很差勁。

來的次數沒幾次,不過每次感覺都很差 1、人很多,每次來都覺得動作很慢 2、之前開戶是實習生不專業 3、補摺機一天到晚壞掉,我還要跑去公道五或竹科 4、我沒收過其他銀行什麼洗錢調查,只能說兆豐很詭異 5、一邊處理客戶事情一邊在討論中午要吃什麼?離12點還有一個小時!感覺有夠差! 反正沒什麼好感,反正已解戶!能不用這家是最好

長久以來的外幣爛服務。只能給一顆星 一般櫃檯跟保險箱服務都還不錯 但外幣櫃臺超糟糕,平均2個月出國一次,礙於離家近,帳戶都綁兆豐,所以這幾年都還是在兆豐換。 1. 3年前行員拿了美鈔舊幣給我,當時我沒注意,因為旅行時家人付全額費用,所以當時換鈔一毛沒用,拿回櫃台換時,行員跟我說有不流通的舊鈔,要我補額外舊鈔手續,我堅持,並提出調監視要求,行員就默默換給我 2. 2018.09從外幣戶頭領了歐元3500歐,補了現鈔的費用,回存時 3500歐元內是不需要任何費用的,我回存1250歐元,行員硬要跟我收手續費,簿子上面提領當筆已註記行員印章表提款時已收手續費,之後也沒有任何回存金額,行員居然跟我說我沒有回存額度,我默默的問 為什麼? 行員堅持要我補,他說系統上沒有額度,在那之前我根本沒有回存,簿子也能證明,但行員就是要我硬吞 僵持了10分鐘,他不小心說系統問題,到底是系統問題還是人問題? 總之 都不是我的問題⋯⋯卻要客戶硬吞? 他請示主管後,最後是沒有收取費用,但那本來就是應該的,而且還浪費了我許多時間 一句抱歉也沒有 3. 其他零碎的一些事就不說,三個外幣櫃台,排隊人數0人(櫃台也沒有其他客人),常常讓你等個15分鐘以上

12號開戶櫃檯人員,服務態度差,一副就是不想幫你開戶的樣子,還跟我要其他家銀行的存摺要看,這是正常流程嗎? 還跟我說不能繳水費?
