★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 樸實好吃的鴨肉麵小店，湯麵的湯頭特別讓人喜愛(是淡淡的香，不是調味料的重口味)。菜色種類並不多，但每一樣都好吃。每次晚上打烊時間經過這裡，都會看見員工認真地打掃、刷鍋子。雖然是小店，衛生清潔卻不馬虎。
The simple and delicious duck noodle shop, the soup noodle soup is especially popular (it is a light fragrance, not a heavy taste of seasoning). There are not many kinds of dishes, but everything is delicious. Every time you go through the night, you will see the staff carefully clean and brush the pot. Although it is a small shop, it is not sloppy.

Have eaten many duck noodles in Hsinchu. Finally found a duck noodle shop with better taste. It is an old store. Maybe because of traffic problems, the guests are not so crowded. The fried noodles are really fragrant.

價格沒便宜很多。
Stir-fried is less greasy. Compared with fried duck blood, it is less sour and sweet. The duck meat is softer. Duck-flavored rice is better than other restaurants.
The price is not much cheaper.
