★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老建築了，難免破敗，一樓小中庭疏於修剪，可惜了，否則夏日涼風陣陣，又不曬，很是愜意！曾經流行的酒店式入住，現在老舊而且實話說格局不好！

整樓層週一至週五都落實打掃，環保分類即使被住戶搞得一團糟，隔日工作日即清理乾淨。
住宅安全：
從一樓大廳到住家，得經過守衛、刷卡門、刷卡電梯。
入夜後巡邏做得很落實，層層把關樓樓去。
這棟雖然年紀大，SK-2天天擦lol
