以往好像都是小經銷商，看完現場就說要加濾水器，要加........,講了一對有的沒的，感覺像王祿仙！突然我覺得這次的問題，是上次來維修的經銷商沒搞定！！
這次這位曾技師一到熱水器旁，就詳細的檢查，過程中跟他詢問的專業性問題，也不厭其煩的回答，我跟他說「你老闆把你教的很好」，他回答我說他老闆很重視客服！
結帳過程也是很透明，工錢/液位感測器/進水浮筒，項次條列，不會有感覺像用喊價的以往經驗！！
