★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 發票櫃台人員(女生)，服務態度很差，發票購買已等很久還要被如此態度對待，真的心情很不愉快，或許是發票購買人員很多，希望該人員可改善其態度。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 感覺少數資深辦事人員，沒有以客為尊的概念，回應問題與建議也欠缺尊重用戶，服務態度水準落差大，有好有壞的，讓人長見識了。相信這樣子會很容易讓農會業務流失的，希望農（漁）會加油以客為尊，以服務為上，照顧好每位農漁子弟。
I feel that a small number of senior staff do not have the concept of customer-oriented, and they also lack respect for users when responding to questions and suggestions. The level of service attitudes varies greatly, and there are good and bad, which is a long way to see. I believe that this will easily cause the business of the peasant association to be lost. I hope that the peasants (fisheries) will do their best to respect the customer and take service as the top priority, and take good care of every farmer and fisherman.
