★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 監工與設計一樣令人放心的蘇宇洋設計師。不只是我在稱讚，連與蘇設計師配合的老師傅，對蘇設計師的設計與細心，也是讚不絕口，設計與監工交給蘇設計師，可以很放心。蘇設計師是一個很好溝通的設計師，有什麼想法，都可以很自然愉悅地與他討論，有時候甚至會覺得，啊都照我的意思做，這樣好嗎? 就是這麼好溝通。監工部分，蘇設計師會主動完善一些當初沒設想到的小細節，或許這就是找設計師監工的附加好處吧。蘇設計師也還蠻阿莎力的，裝潢期間，他不只處理了合約內的工作項目，連許多合約外的 "臨時項目"，他也在能力範圍內盡量幫忙，真的是幫了大忙。總之，設計與監工都可以放心地交給蘇設計師，什麼需求都可以提出來與他討論，推薦給有裝潢需求的人。
