★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 價錢便宜但做得指甲非常草率,邊緣都是毛邊的,還用指甲狂摳掉指緣多塗出的指甲油而且會痛,第一次看到美甲師說大拇指最後做,浪費我很多時間,沒幾天就毀損剝落了,整間店面非常小,店員搬來搬去照燈還敲到我頭,不會再光顧,懷疑美甲師有沒有證照,我自己用都比較好!

店員推買了一張保養卡表示無使用期限,
至今因為距離19年至今沒有至中央店使用過,
2020/07/17致電預約美甲並告知想使用搭配保養卡,
店員查詢後回覆:「沒有」妳的保養卡
我說:當時我確實購買了保養卡
店員:這裡「沒有」紀錄
我說:麻煩你查一下因為我當時購買了只使用過那次
店員:「沒有」
店員不斷的回覆「沒有」讓我非常不高興!
於是我說:難道要我找出我的刷卡紀錄嗎?
店員:麻煩妳提供
當下請店員提供消費日期,線上等候讓我找出當時刷卡紀錄。
我:我當時消費$2494
店員:扣掉當天其他消費差了1塊,我們「沒有」這個金額的保養卡。
我說:我消費紀錄確實寫著日期及斯朵利美甲!
店員:這邊「沒有」看到妳有買保養卡。
我說:就算找到那張卡片我要退費!當時因為店員推銷而購買,現在要使用只得到「沒有」保養卡的回應,我再也不會到你們店裡消費
店員:那也要我們找到那張卡
以上不斷的說「沒有」,為何不是確認到底哪裡出了問題,找出問題後回電給顧客?而是要我說出我確實有消費「請」他們確認後回電!
當天下午18:47回電給我如下
店員:小姐您好 我們這邊有查到妳的資料 當時幫你重複建檔了 所以有你有兩張卡妳最後在我們店的消費是1xxx對嗎 妳這邊還有三格沒有使用 我這邊看到妳最後消費是在竹北
我說:我忘了 我要退費
店員:我們這邊不確定可不可以給妳退費
我說:我已經說過我不會再到你們店裡消費 重複建檔不是我的問題吧?早上我請你們幫我找你們一直說「沒有」 讓顧客感受非常不好
店員:那我這邊在跟主管詢問一下是不是可以退費 晚點大概八九點回覆妳方便嗎?
我說:嗯
店員:小姐你好 妳什麼時候會再消費?我們主管說可以幫你轉到其他店使用 直接幫你轉竹北店嗎
我說:我禮拜天約好城隍店了 直接幫我轉過去
店員:ㄜ 我們正常轉店的話往上呈大概要一週的時間 還是你有什麼時候要使用
我說:我禮拜天就要使用 如果那天無法使用 直接轉竹北三民店

以上對話概述
一個連鎖集團多次到不同分店消費,第一次遇到顧客服務及感受至差的分店,我不是消費特別多的顧客,最在意的是詢問的時候感到「在這家店消費非常沒有保障」,也感受到懷疑質疑顧客「真的有來買保養卡?」,屢次回應「沒有」卻不願在第一時間查明問題後回電,與我消費多少都是無關的,無法建立信任感的消費體驗!

A chain group went to different branches to spend many times, and it was the first time I encountered a branch with poor customer service and experience. I am not a customer who spends a lot of time.
