★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 阿嬤才來幾個月就被照顧成病危進加護病房！96歲了本來好好的只是年紀大，沒力氣走需要輪椅而已；剛去探望就覺得一個外勞員工要照顧好幾個老人感覺很荒唐，果然每次去阿嬤的尿布濕透都沒換、阿嬤食慾不佳，她們就懶得餵食！沒餵水！沒換尿布就是沒給上廁所！所以血壓低到進加護病房才通知家屬！真的很令人失望！感覺長輩就是送阿嬤去等X的地方！
Auntie was taken care of into the intensive care unit in a few months! I was 96 years old. I was just old, I didn’t have the strength to go to a wheelchair. I just felt that it was ridiculous for a foreign worker to take care of several old people. Every time I went to the aunt’s diaper, I didn’t change it. They are too lazy to feed when they have poor appetite! Didn't feed water! Did not change the diaper is not given to the toilet! Therefore, the blood pressure is low until the intensive care unit is notified to the family! Really disappointing! I feel that the elders are the place to send the aunt to wait for X!

沒空床位歸沒空床位，竟在電話結束前補還回一句「現在做諮詢也沒用」，這句聽了就非常不舒服。
跟我提起「疫情」，大家都是聽著指揮中心指示的，卻要我們理解你們自己的防疫對外作業流程，即使沒有家屬在裡頭，連現場諮詢都不能？這樣電話說明又會有奪清楚？是根本沒有一套措施吧….
整整電話服務態度極差，根本是對這養護中心服務大打折扣….
請問！家屬在篩選、要了解各個養護中心之環境服務費用等等，是有什麼不合理的問題嗎？
