"Government-led" A government-sponsored job search place. Compared with the services provided by other human resources banks, the information content of the services provided by the government is clearer, and there are more policy incentive measures and plans. It will be better for people with financial difficulties. It is these country-based programs or incentives that are less likely to be found in other human banks. Therefore, most of the job opportunities here are companies that have more interaction with government agencies and groups. The general human bank is mostly suitable for people who know what kind of job they are looking for. Have enough experience to figure it out on your own. "Simplification Problems" In principle, if your work will become more and more difficult or more complicated, it means that other people have expectations of you, and it is suggested that you can use the services provided by the government to simplify the problem. For example, the work of Ms. Tsai Ing-wen and Mr. Ke Wenzhe is also becoming more and more difficult and complicated. Therefore, most of them will need government-related assistance to simplify the problem. Generally speaking, there will be more resources on the government side to help you simplify the problem. That is to say, the government is less likely to want to charge you service fees as high as its intentions. You can continue to develop your expertise while taking care of your own work interests. In principle, Taiwan is an environment where a large number of people initiate political activities, which means that these political activities are usually activities that greatly improve certain problems. Therefore, the job here is likely to be given too high expectations. Meaning, the job descriptions you see are usually more difficult (political) in the actual job situation. It is these people who participate in political activities that because political problems have not been properly solved, they may ask you to solve problems that cannot be solved temporarily in politics through these interactions at work. For example, Ms. Wang Xuehong's political stance in the workplace is very clear, and she will require employees to cooperate to solve problems. It means that you have to solve the boss's problems when you go to work, and you have to continue to solve the boss's problems when you get off work. If your boss's problems aren't resolved well, it may be difficult for your job offer to continue.

Don't look down on people, obviously young people have been taking the job of cleaners. Most cleaners are mostly middle-aged people, and there is no need to hide comments.

The staff are friendly and patient. Clean and bright environment, great! There is no dedicated parking lot. There are paid parking spaces on the roadside nearby for parking. There are not many parking spaces. Drive to find a parking space. Be careful not to park indiscriminately, you will be towed! ! Locomotives can be parked on the side of the road.

The efficiency of work is very slow, the 4-month stable employment subsidy, the time is almost a year, even the first money has not been paid, and the Internet is also full of scolding, welcome to browse ptt, dcard (waiting for half a year and eight months is the basic), The commissioner will always say that the review is underway, and he can’t even tell the time. You really don’t have to look forward to these government subsidies. You forget it until you forget it. You earn it if you give it on time, not what you should

I have been here a few times, but many companies looking for jobs here say that they have found someone, or that they only recognize the labor bank and not the employment center! I feel very strange ~ how can you not recognize the employment center? There are even people who immediately hang up when they hear the words "Job Center" ?. Another time when a job fair was held here, an aunt who was a guide was very polite to guide me. When I was taking the elevator, she suddenly asked, "Sister~ Are you so thin that you haven't eaten?" I replied, "Yes. ~How can people not eat." The other party rolled his eyes and added: "Hey!" At this moment, I felt that my attitude when I followed the door completely was very different, and I was also very uncomfortable. When she was leaving after the fair, she asked I added her line and said that any information would be passed on to me (I thought it would be more convenient if I had information about finding a job) When I took out my phone, she laughed and said, "Your phone is so old! (It's a brand name!) old)" I smiled. During the process, I have been very impatient to say that my mobile phone is slow and old. There was not a single message after that, as if I didn't know you at all after walking out of their gate. In the end I'm not looking at 104 to get a job.
