★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天去辦理護照，老闆及員工都超級客氣的！有點受寵若驚！！！一問之下原來現在已改成加盟店模式，以前也有很多次到這辦理簽證相關事宜，但店員給人的感覺都很冷淡口氣也不太好，可能直營跟加盟真的有差！所以現在真的非常推薦大家可以來辦理，不管國內外的旅遊套組或是護照簽證，老闆真的很熱情很客氣，還送我免費小禮物，真的嚇了我一下，老闆說可以多加入它們賴的官方帳號，不定期會辦理抽獎活動喔！

請問 老闆讓你坐在門市 是來趕客人的嗎？如果不能有服務業的精神 可不可以回家吃自己呢？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 網路上顯示是營業中，致電到台北總公司也說他們今天應該是營業中的，但是他們竟然自行放假也不在網路上事先公告他們要自行放假！ 害我們白跑一趟特地去想要買機票，早知道就不特定過去了！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 透過線上訂房，因疫情升溫前一週取消，了解已超過訂房取消日期，仍致電易遊網客服要確認不會入住，客服回傳簡訊告知訂單無發異動，要求後續再看公告，但完全沒有再做後續聯繫，還讓訂房者可以自行聯絡飯店，這樣的回覆及處理，為什麼消費者還要透過易遊網訂房呢？對客服處理態度不積極很失望，再也不會訂購易遊網商品
