★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 乾意麵裡的油蔥酥真的很香，但豬腱肉湯的湯頭太鹹了...價格也不便宜，但...真的蠻好吃的。
 The crispy green onion in the dried pasta is really fragrant, but the soup of the pork tendon broth is too salty...the price is not cheap, but...it's really delicious.

一下就到家了，打開發現麵超爛又黏在一起
乾米粉好一點沒有太爛但味道就很普
外帶這樣真的很糟糕啊? 不會買第二次
Ordered wonton dry noodles and wonton tribute balls dry rice noodles to take away
When I got home, I opened it and found that the noodles were super rotten and sticky together.
The dry rice noodles are a little better, not too rotten, but the taste is very common
It's really bad to take out like this ? I won't buy it a second time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30年老店，湯麵、湯粄條、湯米粉..香蔥油的湯頭很棒，乾麵配粉腸湯更是一絕，CP值高的麵食店！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近年來在竹北吃到好吃的麵食館越來越少，這家都不知道幾訪了，很喜歡他的味道！
今天點了：瓜仔肉飯+雙寶板條。
小菜切了：海帶.甜不辣.粉腸.豬耳朵.豬腱肉.鴨胗.紅糟肉。
瓜仔肉滷汁非常下飯卻不會死鹹或太膩！
小菜多樣豐富性及擺盤方式都人食指大動啊。重點是每樣小菜烹煮的方式都不一樣卻又能那麼的融合，與主食超搭。
湯頭清甜又帶有回甘的滋味很想把湯喝完立馬再去加湯哈哈（不過應該不行吧）。
推薦指數五顆星滿的話～

傳統小吃麵攤才會有的，主食各半
裡面有油蔥酥、香菜、芹菜、韭菜，油膏
整體吃起來不錯，竹北店面少有的傳統麵食
