J	Joy Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剛吃飽路過竹北，稍微搜尋一下想吃的雞蛋糕之類的，看著評價不錯來試試看。看評價建議假日要預訂，但就是路過所以就先過來看看，剛好老闆有空檔可以做兩個，挺好。現點現做的雞蛋糕，點了個真正純奶酥$30和辣個菜脯蛋焼き$40，先買單結帳在旁邊等一會。等雞蛋糕的同時可以拍拍小店面，各個角落都有不同的裝飾，濃濃的日式風格蠻好拍的。雞蛋糕拿在手上有夠燙，兩個雞蛋糕放在一個紙袋內，分食有點不方便。真正純奶酥內餡奶酥味道挺不錯的，吃飽來個甜的，就是要有夠甜才算，這甜度可以。辣個菜脯蛋焼き這個表現更好，有點辣辣的菜脯搭上雞蛋很對味，而且蛋白拿捏得剛好，嫩嫩的蛋白搭上脆脆的菜脯，好吃。有路過可以來買個雞蛋糕(燒)試試看，建議假日還是先打電話預訂吧，不然就要等一會囉。
