★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃檯人員是在厭世什麼？！連續兩天點餐都聽不清楚，剛開始說話口氣本來也好聲好氣的，我重複到第2遍、第三遍，當然聲音也會變大聲，反而是妳先發制人說叫我口氣不要太兇，妳怎麼沒想妳的態度也沒好到哪去？！會給一顆星是純粹是除了妳以外，工作人員態度都很好的因素！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雖然於用餐時間很忙碌，而且我們是真的有訂餐並不是找碴問價格（4/11 11:00取餐-男同事訂餐），質疑訂的人是男生為什麼問的是女生？其實我不懂糾結這一點的意義，因為有知道價格的需求，如果收錯錢也不好吧？但是問了一次掛一次，其實能夠用簡單的對話解決，但是就是不願意協助訂餐的後續服務，這是不智之舉也不是理性的解決方式。
然後我被掛了三次電話，真的非常不喜歡這樣的態度。
Although it was very busy during the meal time, and we really did order food instead of asking about the price (4/11 11:00 pick-up - male colleague ordered the meal), I questioned that the person who ordered was a boy, why did he ask a girl? In fact, I don't understand the meaning of this point, because there is a need to know the price, if the wrong money is charged, is it okay? However, if you ask once and hang up once, you can actually solve it with a simple dialogue, but you are unwilling to assist in the follow-up service of ordering. This is an unwise move and not a rational solution.
Then I got hung up three times and really disliked the attitude.
