後來連金融卡都不能使用，再去銀行辦理，講了3次，網路銀行鎖住，金融卡也不能使用，又重辦一次。
後來用網路銀行再做變更，銀行員把使用者代號搞錯，我要再更新其它密碼，又鎖住，我到底是要跑幾次、重辦幾次啊！

一進去沒什麼人
行員氣氛很歡樂
沒有接待的服務人員
完全茫然的我找了一個女行員
說了不好意思，結果她跟我說她沒空要我找別人？？
她手上確實有處理的工作
但可以那麼歡樂的聊天卻跟我說沒空
感覺真的很差
就把我推給一個很年輕的男行員
態度就好很多，服務也很好
這兩顆星是給他的
不然一顆也不想給
麻煩改進一下好嗎，沒有叫號機
沒有號碼牌可以抽
找了行員又說沒空
下次就算要存款也寧願跨行也不要再進去
