★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吃完徐媽媽早點，對身為台北人剛搬來新竹的我，真的有被感動到…..沒有對新竹不敬的意思，因為本身現在也是新竹人了，但是新竹賣吃的店家，大部分真的對消費者很不友善，東西做的非常隨便，不是很好吃，價格又是全臺灣最高，在吃到徐媽媽早點之前，已經連續吃了兩個月的麥當勞早餐了，在台北我是幾乎不吃麥當勞的，在新竹卻是天天在吃…因為新竹真的沒什麼店家東西是好吃的，吃完徐媽媽早點，我的天啊，不但東西真的很好吃，而且價格也超級便宜，你能想像一個蛋餅只要30，一份炒麵只要35而且又非常好吃嗎？這樣又便宜又好吃的店家，放在台灣不管哪個縣市都是很優質的店家。 謝謝你，徐媽媽早點，讓我可以吃到好吃又便宜的早餐。

份量十足，餅皮是濕潤中帶點微Q感，配上滿滿的雙蛋，常常一個吃完飽到中午。
