★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived here 6 months. New building yet so poorly constructed I can hear the entire lives of the people above me and next door. If you like QUIET this place is horrendous. Probably if it's that poorly built don't want to be here for a decent earthquake. Moving! ?
