★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很爛的服務 去存支票還要收5元 不是付不起5元 而是感覺問題 （會這樣說是因為去過很多家合庫 都沒有要多收錢的問題就六家分行要錢）

女櫃員態度也很消極，電話詢問批次匯款系統問題只會叫人去看說明書去網站重新下載，若說明書可以解決 網站有可以下載的話問你幹嘛？完全沒有心想幫人解決問題

The attitude of the female teller is also very negative. Asking about the batch remittance system on the phone will only ask people to read the manual and download it again on the website. If the manual can be solved, the website can be downloaded. What do you do? I don't want to help people solve problems at all

不過有些櫃檯人員服務態度不錯，這兩顆星是給他們的。
The efficiency is really exaggerated. It takes about half an hour or more to wait for a single number, and it takes a long time to wait almost every time I come.
However, some counter staff have a good service attitude, and these two stars are given to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看之前評論不是很好。因為需求，還是去辦一下開戶，時間比較久，還好去的時候沒人，謝謝"廖素慧"小姐辦理。現場有資深員工在外線處理客戶流程問題，感覺應該比以前服務好很多。
The previous reviews were not very good. Because of demand, I still went to open an account. It took a long time. Fortunately, no one was there when I went. Thank you Miss "Liao Suhui" for handling it. There are senior staff on-site to deal with customer process problems on the outside, and I feel that the service should be much better than before.
