★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我覺得這裡真是好，與其住縣三每天塞車，這邊無論上高速公路，或到新竹市區真的很方便，走路到河岸也5分鐘而已。之後周邊綠化加上學校，我相信會變得更好！
I think this place is really good. Instead of living in the county where there is a traffic jam every day, it is really convenient whether to get on the expressway or to downtown Hsinchu. It is only a 5-minute walk to the river bank. After the surrounding greenery and schools, I believe it will become better!

Very good buildings, green hospitals in the future, parks, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Asia Pacific School, will be a very good area. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這個建案還不錯，可惜賣完了。建築團隊很專業，都是依據SOP來蓋房子，更難得的是，董事長都是建築科班出身。
This project is not bad, but it is sold out. The construction team is very professional. They build houses based on SOP. What's more rare is that the chairman of the board is from a construction major.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 對施工單位很不好，卸貨人員只能集中在B1，對於一些B2的施工方很不方便，大廳人員就只有1個人可以換證件，換證件大排長龍、卸貨也要車子排隊下樓卸貨，客梯管制後，也沒有單一樓層的磁卡可以借用，設計師、丈量人員都得一起等貨梯，一等就等好幾分鐘，有時又因B1卸貨的人已滿不能搭，從交屋到現在這些事能不能改善一下！！
It is very bad for the construction unit. The unloading personnel can only be concentrated in B1. It is very inconvenient for some construction parties in B2. Only one person in the hall can change the certificate. There is a long queue for changing the certificate. Unloading, after the passenger elevator is controlled, there is no single floor magnetic card to borrow. Designers and measurement personnel have to wait for the freight elevator together. They wait for several minutes. Can these things be improved by now? !
