111年3月22日上午,我開了20幾萬公里的愛車Matrix,發出嚴重的異音,是與以往完全不同的異音!其實我知道我的車的皮帶易發生異音,而且這個問題也很久了,但前陣子才在老家的保修廠換過,應該不至於那麼快就壞掉。
十分擔憂的我,外地人的我,透過Google地圖與評論找到了這一家保修廠,於是在當天下午先撥了通電話詢問是否可以開過去檢查,電話那頭親切又很酷的回我,可以啊!你就開過來吧!於是下班後開車車前往請求協助。
保修廠維修中的車很多,師傅們都很忙,實在沒有閒暇接待我這個散客,然而我隨機找了一位感覺很酷又很專業的師傅(酷似卡通人物酷企鵝),跟他說我的問題,酷企鵝師傅隨即放下他手邊的賓士車,來我的車前檢查,最後查出漏機油,並且耐心的跟我說明解決辦法,隨即開始著手幫我處理,並請我到他們辦公室先坐一下稍待片刻。
然而我根本坐立難安,於是在酷企鵝師傅旁邊問了一些問題,他也很耐心的為我一一說明,過了不久,來了一位小哥師傅(感覺年紀與我相仿),換他接手處理我的愛車,還發現了引擎有些問題,也一併幫我解決。過了幾分鐘,一位和藹可親的師傅(貌似老闆,並且很像玩具總動員的熊老大)來跟我說,我的煞車油都變質了,很黑很髒可能要換掉,不然會影響煞車系統。於是我同意讓熊老大師傅換,邊換邊帶我觀察與講解,使我深深學到了一課。
經過將近2個小時的修復後,小哥師傅終於幫我處理好了,而在最後我還請他幫我檢查車門,因為不好關緊,在他專業的檢查下,發現了最根本的問題,並且跟我講解不同車門的門鎖構造,建議我如果還關得上,其實可以先不用換沒關係。
結完帳,價格其實我也不知道合不合理,但我覺得整個服務過程我是放心且滿意的。
將愛車開回停車場後,發現了另外不曾發生過的問題,於是隔天,再向他們官方LINE上錄影音告知,保修廠回覆建議我再開回去給他們師傅檢修,再次回場的檢修,經過熊老大的檢查,應該是車蓋的問題,於是又跟我細細解釋說明了一番,並且幫我再詳細檢查其他設備,處理好後,表示這次檢修不算錢,讓我感到非常開心!
很感謝熊老大師傅、酷企鵝師傅、小哥師傅,以及非常專業、貼心、禮貌,服務極佳的小姐!!
目前開回來後,經過一公里左右的行駛,與半小時左右的待車,狀況仍為穩定,謝謝鑫吉祥汽車的服務團隊!
希望我的愛車可以繼續穩定下去!

On the morning of March 22, 2011, I drove my car Matrix with a distance of 200,000 kilometers, and it made a serious abnormal sound, which was completely different from the previous one! In fact, I know that the belt of my car is prone to abnormal noise, and this problem has been a long time, but it was replaced at the warranty factory in my hometown a while ago, and it should not be broken so quickly.
I was very worried, and I was a foreigner. I found this warranty factory through Google Maps and reviews, so I made a phone call in the afternoon to ask if I could drive it for inspection. The other end of the phone was kind and cool. what! Come on over! So after get off work, I drove to ask for help.
There are a lot of cars under maintenance in the warranty factory, and the masters are very busy, so I really don't have time to receive a FIT like me. However, I randomly found a cool and professional master (like the cartoon character Cool Penguin), and told him that I The problem, Mr. Cool Penguin immediately put down his Mercedes car, came to my car to check, and finally found the oil leak, and patiently explained the solution to me, then started to help me deal with it, and invited me to their office Sit down for a while.
However, I couldn't sit still at all, so I asked some questions next to the cool penguin master, and he patiently explained them to me one by one. After a while, a little brother master came (feeling similar to me), and changed He took over my car and found some problems with the engine and helped me with it. After a few minutes, an amiable teacher (looks like the boss, and looks like the bear boss in Toy Story) came to me and told me that my brake oil has deteriorated, it is very dark and dirty, and it may need to be replaced, otherwise it will affect the braking system. . So I agreed to let Mr. Xiong change, and he took me to observe and explain while changing, which made me learn a lesson deeply.
After nearly 2 hours of repairs, the little brother finally helped me deal with it, and at the end I asked him to check the door for me, because it was not easy to close tightly, under his professional inspection, he found the most fundamental problem, He also explained to me the door lock structure of different doors. It is suggested that if I can still close it, it doesn't matter if I don't need to change it first.
After the checkout, I actually don't know if the price is reasonable, but I feel that I am relieved and satisfied with the whole service process.
After I drove my car back to the parking lot, I found another problem that never happened, so the next day, I recorded a video on their official LINE and told them that the warranty factory replied that I would drive back to their master for overhaul. The boss's inspection should be the problem of the car cover, so he explained it to me in detail, and helped me to check other equipment in detail. After finishing it, he said that this repair is not expensive, which makes me very happy!
