西元2020年6月13日我所承租的帝閣no12,這個社區只有45戶,一半應該是(租客)承租人,我是承租在10F的楊小姐;6/13約莫凌晨1點半我因為眩暈症發作,趕著去醫院!我的車位登記號碼是13號,感覺上碩立設備做的很好(帝閣當時才一年許多,大致上東西看起來都很新)。上中下及左右移動的機械車位;當我聽到怪聲的時候已經來不及了,我趕緊按下緊急按鈕,我的車整個右半邊毀損... 第一時間我報警了,聯絡碩立,但那位小姐一直搞不清楚狀況,瘋狂跳針;大約經過了將近一小時半碩立的工程師才到帝閣B1停車的案發現場,這就是所謂24小時的服務??? 我面對碩立的窗口是一位羅志強羅經理,從一開始他的態度相當惡劣,我們調閱監視器,他說會不會是我的助理按鈕按得太小力!所以讓車位錯移(聽到時真的令人想罵髒話)專業到底哪裡???只會推卸責任!!! 當時我在這一直聯絡主委、一直聯絡房東(天啟鴻-窗口吳小姐)但都沒有人接聽,情急之下我打了電話給警衛,打了好幾次電話才聯絡上,謝謝他願意即時趕到;在修護的過程碩立羅經理坦承在6月8日更換的定位器,沒有安裝好,當時現場要破解問題花了長達兩個小時,勉強把我停放的車輛移上來,確認車輛後前往警察做筆錄的時候已經凌晨將近四點了! 我為了自己的權益,找了律師,因為碩立不解決,帝閣管委會也不處理,我只好提告,壓毀右半邊的情況這樣維修的車輛就會變成事故車輛,沒價值了!! 帝閣管委會遲遲不願意協助,請他們協助提供資料樣樣刁難,從頭到尾只會回應無給職!(ㄍㄢ你娘啦)將近7~10天後我接到電話,聲稱是碩立的總經理,因為當時我寫了一篇文章送給碩立,這位碩立的徐總經理,告訴我機械設備的部分他們一定會處理到好,針對這件事感到相當抱歉,希望我可以撤下在google對碩立設備的評論,達成共識金額是新台幣12萬5千元。 當時我毀損的車輛還在原廠估價,請問碩立要如何針對我的損失賠償!帝閣不處理就算了,讓我提告還一直表示徐總已經對我做出賠償? 案發時間是2020年6月13日,至今2021年1月18日該區的位置仍然有問題!我只能說這個社區建設上有很多問題,不是消防亂叫,就是電梯搭到一半故障而困在電梯裡....等相當多的問題!我也向市政府表示這個社區等相關單位,至今大半年過去,根本就沒有人真正在處理問題,只會在選舉的時候亂開支票,根本是在浪費我納稅人的錢。

I will only shirk the responsibility!!! At that time, I kept contacting the chairperson and the landlord (Tianqihong-Ms. Wu at the window) but no one answered. I was in a hurry and called the guard. Arrived; during the repair process, the manager of Shuoliluo admitted that the locator that was replaced on June 8 was not installed properly. It was almost four o'clock in the morning when I went to the police to make a transcript! For my own rights, I found a lawyer, because Shuoli did not solve it, and the Dige Management Committee did not deal with it. I had no choice but to report that the repaired vehicle would become an accident vehicle and it would be worthless! ! The Dige Management Committee has been unwilling to help for a long time. Asking them to help provide information makes things difficult, and will only respond to unpaid jobs from start to finish! (ㄍㄢYour mother) Nearly 7-10 days later, I received a call, claiming to be the general manager of Shuoli, because at that time I wrote an article for Shuoli, and the general manager Xu of Shuoli told me They will definitely handle the mechanical equipment well. I am very sorry about this. I hope I can withdraw my comment on Shuoli equipment on Google. The agreed amount is NT$125,000. At that time, my damaged vehicle was still evaluated by the original factory. How can Shuoli compensate for my loss! Even if Dige doesn't deal with it, let me file a complaint and keep saying that Mr. Xu has compensated me? The incident occurred on June 13, 2020, and there is still a problem with the location of the area on January 18, 2021! I can only say that there are a lot of problems in the construction of this community, either firefighters screaming, or the elevator is halfway down and stuck in the elevator...and so many problems! I also told the city government that in this community and other related units, for more than half a year, no one is really dealing with problems at all. They will only write checks randomly during elections, which is a waste of my taxpayers' money.
