★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 都不錯，除了鐵道第一排、下方鐵道旁住戶比較複雜、面北要注意風大窗戶會漏風（下大雨可能滲水？）、面東直視中國醫、地下室停車場壁癌，還是漏水問題？有點忘了。
All are good, except for the first row of the railway, the residents next to the railway below are more complicated, the windy windows should be aware of the wind leakage from the north (heavy rain may see water?), the Chinese doctor facing the east, the cancer of the basement parking lot, or the water leakage? I kind of forgot.
