看了之前網路上均有好評論,而去選購行李箱。沒想到店員無視客人的需求,一昧的推銷某款行李箱(24吋5000多),當說出考慮一下有需要再來看時,店員連話都不接,立馬甩頭回自已的位置,對於上門的顧客來說,這是基本的接待方式嗎?實在開了眼界。當時店內並無其他客人,很明顯男店員完全不想接待(亦或是希望客人快買快走?),從進門開始連最基本的招呼都沒有。竹北店實在讓人感覺不愉快。---------------------------------以下為商家回應後再回覆------------------------------------------ 首先,我確定進的是竹北店凱麗斯旅行箱專賣店。因有需求,經過貴店想順道看看。一進門,店員有不嫌麻煩的從座位站起,就沈默的站著、等著我開口說話。若您認為我抹黑,您調監視器看店員與客人應對。開始是誰先開口?(我等了幾秒覺得店員沒要開口才提問)最後是否有客人才說完話、店員嘴動都沒動甩頭回座位的畫面?幾月幾日幾點幾分幾秒行李箱材質牌子甚麼東西的…。上門的客人沒偷東西還要被店家用作筆錄的方式質問?您邏輯不會是說不出甚麼東西的就是假的?其實看了網路評論再加上當天的店員應對與咄咄逼人的回覆實在懷疑是進了哪間異度空間店家(也對啦,那時正值農曆七月)。 逛過幾間行李箱專賣店,無論是網購風評不錯的店家,到店面看實品。就算很忙、也會招呼並抽空介紹,在店面猶豫許久店家依然親切,甚至主動說沒關係回去考慮看看決定再下標也可以。也曾在店員細心花時間講完箱子和輪子材質價錢差異如何保養與維修保固細節決定選好後,又翻盤,買價位與方便度更高的近萬元行李箱,店員態度仍專業有耐心。現在反省自己也真有事,貪圖地利之便,有店就進去問。是在營業時間內打擾到店員還是被當時的人嫌窮酸連送往迎來的商家招呼都沒有?反映後被貴店質疑、貴店沒印象還能否定當日發生的事情。(我穿著和當日店員差不多,自認走休閒風沒有穿很正式沒有基本招呼我也要檢討?但我穿得更隨便去百貨專櫃看行李箱沒買也沒遇過這種對待。) 最後,不知回文是當時店員還是另有其人?您一直質問是事實嗎?這就是我在2018戊戌年農曆七月沒選黃道吉日良辰吉時不慎進了貴店詢問行李箱遇到的事實啊。若是同一人回覆、看到回文更表示現場聽到的鋁框用最好材質純PC跟日本靜音輪的24吋,卻開五千多的高價行李箱,現下看來真的是被貴店當盤仔(或是為了想趕人快點走的開價?)。 您回文中提及來過你們這邊的都知道您如何介紹,還真的實際進來過才知道凱麗斯竹北店是如何對待與回覆進來的客人啊!

款式很多價格實惠 老闆服務好 推薦!! 去年買的行李箱因爲先生都拿去裝浮潛器材 裡面拉鏈都生銹了~原本想說要花錢換 結果老闆說這情形不太常有 我買的品牌他很熟他幫我問看看有沒有瑕疵箱裡面是好的 這樣就不用花錢換 最後換好只花寄過去的運費而已 真的很謝謝老闆!!

老闆沒有主動熱心幫忙+太自以為…看留言店員似乎是懂自己賣的東西,也許因為這樣才態度一直都很 ”堅持” 吧。 事情經過是我在找一款Victorinox的包包,當然也順便看了別款,但店內沒有我要找的那款,其他款也沒有符合我的需求,所以我是請老闆幫我查是否有這款可以叫貨,老闆說這款 ”半年前” 就有客人都 ”直接拿著現金” 想買,(老闆很強調這兩點,是我手上沒有拿著鈔票所以不夠有誠意@@?!),但都還是沒貨買不到,他說那時候就有問原廠說停產,所以沒貨了。 我請他再幫我問看看凱麗斯的其他店還有沒有貨,或是再問一次原廠是否還可以調到貨,我說我官網看到他還有商品頁面,應該不可能沒貨,老闆還是表示說這已經沒貨了。 然後就以上對話鬼打牆3,4次,老闆不耐煩,叫我自己打電話問原廠有沒有貨,以及既然我官網上看得到那就官網上買。給我的感覺是,我們當客人的提出請求,似乎對他來說太麻煩,所以有貨不想賣我的態度,總之最後我也不高興,我說謝謝就走了。 我真的覺得很扯,只是請老闆再次 check是否各分店都沒貨,或是原廠是否還有現貨,都不願意。但對於老闆自己 ”半年前” 詢問到的紀錄卻非常的堅持。 老闆這麼相信原廠的工作人員,認為他們說的都不會說錯,但卻不願意相信消費者意見,進行再次確認,再次幫忙確認一下會怎麼樣…?? 當時店內只有我,老闆也不需要招呼別人,也沒電話響等他去接,不知道為什麼就是這麼不想幫我,真的會讓我覺得老闆的個性有點自以為是,憑自己的經驗要我接受他的答案就對了,可是協助顧客確認商品狀態應當是銷售者份內的工作。 之後,我自己回到家後打電話問,凱麗斯關新店、巨城店,以及新竹大遠百都還有這款包,根本不是沒貨或停產的狀況,我甚至打去桃園Victorinox的outlet,他們說這款是還沒下櫃(在線上)的商品。而且事實證明,同樣凱麗斯的另外兩間分店都有貨,所以其實只是老闆不想幫忙問…真的是…傻眼...... 總體來說,身為消費者的我在店內面對面的溝通過程中無法得到很正面的回應,以及沒有得到協助,導致後來要去比較遠的店買, 所以只能給予不好的評價。 真的是很不愉快的經驗,我住竹北去竹北看有沒有我要買的商品,都已經到現場問跟看商品了,詢問貨品狀況卻被拒絕協助,但到最後我還得自己每間打電話確認,然後等他們另外兩家店幫我確認完貨況後,再回電給我,說真的凱麗斯竹北店的老闆是省到自己的時間,但是另外兩間店的人員卻都多花了時間來幫我再次確認是否還有貨,其實是花了更多的時間成本。 我最後是決定再去關新店買,(因為關新離竹北較近)。關新店老闆也很熱心地幫我從巨城店調另一個size的貨供我做比較,比較完後就在關新店買了。 購買時也有詢問關新店的老闆,了解到三個店的員工應該是親戚。 我其實覺得凱麗斯這間店(品牌)算不錯,只是在竹北店給我的經驗不好,我會建議消費者若有問題想請教,可以先去問關新店吧,關新店的老闆很熱心,在店內討論商品的過程很OK。 為了公平,最後有買到包包,關新店的服務還是會給予5星。
