★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去現場辦網銀解鎖.至少跟兩名接待人員說明情況後叫我抽號碼牌等叫號.經過一個半小時不耐煩後再問門口接待人員才得知原來接待人員就可以協助我解鎖.這種不尊重客人的服務令人驚訝.也不想跟這間銀行來往了
Go to the on-site online banking to unlock. After explaining the situation to at least two receptionists, ask me to draw a number plate and wait for the number to be called. After an hour and a half of impatience, ask the receptionist at the door to find out that the receptionist can assist me in unlocking. This kind of Surprisingly disrespectful service to customers. Also don't want to deal with this bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真的很可憐，可憐的一間店，難怪評價那麼低，服務真不好，聽不懂人話，沒辦法瞭解客人需求，需要存摺開戶一直要人家開數位帳戶，真的看不懂。寧願跑遠一點去別間分店，也不要來這間。
It's really pitiful, a pitiful store, no wonder the evaluation is so low, the service is really bad, I can't understand people's words, I can't understand the needs of customers, I need a passbook to open an account and have to open a digital account, I really can't understand. I'd rather run farther to another branch than this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天帶媽媽辦理網路銀行，之前是貸款戶，早期並未留存手機，加上帶錯印章，行員很有耐心引導變更印鑑以及修改資料，最後也順利辦完網銀業務。謝謝最左側櫃檯的黃小姐以及大廳的接待人員~

The staff patiently guided the change of the seal and the modification of information, and finally completed the online banking business smoothly. 不過十分感謝門口先生協助我完成開戶，很快並且順利完成線上開戶的資料填寫，雖然主要花費的時間在等待到服務台辦理開戶，及服務人員做資料核對更改，到銀行後所得花費的時間 約1小時50分左右！
鄰近12點人潮稍為少了一些，主要要辦理各項業務的民眾太多，要消化又需要花費一些時間，人員無法即時消化，導致效率確實沒那麼好。
需要辦理開戶的真的要有花費長時間等待的覺悟?
辛苦在這工作的一線人員了

However, I am very grateful to Mr. Menkou for assisting me to complete the account opening. I completed the online account opening information quickly and successfully. Although the main time spent is waiting for the service desk to open an account, and the service staff to check and change the information, the time spent after arriving at the bank is about approx. About 1 hour and 50 minutes!
Near 12:00, the crowd is slightly less, and there are too many people who mainly need to handle various business. It takes some time to digest, and the staff cannot digest it immediately, which leads to the fact that the efficiency is not so good.
Those who need to open an account should really have the awareness of spending a long time waiting ?
