8/13昨晚人員信誓旦旦說隔日會開卡，沒想到第二天再度鎖卡，打過去人員電話說等一下就掛電話，也沒有說清楚是要等什麼，再打過去口氣回答又很不耐煩，最後回覆我竟然是質疑我沒有繳費？！！！說系統紀錄我未繳費？！！！人員疏失全轉嫁到消費者身上真是莫名其妙！！！
