郵件櫃檯小姐講話方式讓人很不舒服,我沒有一定要讓我插隊,但可以講話不要這樣 櫃檯說:他們都抽號碼牌了,你要等到最後。換個方式說話,例如:小姐我們已經超過抽號碼牌的時間,你明天再來,或者等到最後,謝謝。

到竹北辦事順道過去這裡處理一些儲匯問題,看估GO評價嚇了一跳,因為分數極低⋯⋯ 沒想到今天親身體驗之後真心覺得評分內容說的沒錯,儲匯開了三個櫃檯卻只有一個櫃檯在處理事情…而且速度真的不快… 而我要處理的儲匯業務也處理的不完全,建議櫃檯人員專業知識需要多加強,才能解決客戶端的問題⋯⋯ 不然郵局端的業務問題連櫃檯人員都不夠專業,用戶端還能找誰辦理?
