The flavor can be strong. Overall, the layout and service could be better. The dipping sauce selection is very limited and tastes kind of funny. The soy sauce hot pepper mixture tastes off. The self serve area is not too intuitive and you need to ask for the actual water even though there are cups there (weird). 700 NT for one large hot pot with meat that you can take home of you can't finish. Each additional dish costs 50 NT and you add the total for the final amount.
