在國中時發現到了自己的背有點怪怪的,後來去了醫院才知道有嚴重的脊椎側彎,也去詢問過各大醫院,但回答都是建議開刀的,當時感到蠻無助的,直到在網路上看到了挺立康,評價也都是好的就決定先來試試看,在上了幾週下來感覺自己的體態有了一點的變化,治療師也都很耐心的講解每個細節,讓我在復健之路找回一點自信。

我國二發現側彎,不想開刀,彎度超過50度,這幾年試過蠻多的治療方式,我真的覺得對付側彎,不想開刀的話,最有用的就是自己做運動!? 從2021年,來到挺立康1年多的時間,我覺得每次來都是很好的體驗,曾主任和團隊都非常用心,除了學習側彎運動體操,生活上一些細節也可以詢問,真的讓我覺得側彎路上不孤單~ 課程方面一開始是密集訓練,最近間隔有越來越久,旋轉角度這次去也有維持住 運動半年的時候,我有照X光,有減少9度!不過因為我已經成年,度數改善不像青少年可以這麼大,所以我自己是求不要退步、體態變好就好(外表美美的很重要?度數對我來說反而不是重點 我的體態的確也有變好~也更能用正確的方式發力,讓我的脊椎盡量維持在比較正的姿勢(可看圖片!)不過我想勉勵側彎朋友們,側彎的路上,不管是開刀還是背架還是運動,好像沒有一勞永逸的事情?這張照片我也是很努力才能達成這樣,要持續一直運動才能維持?持續加油中? 其實我之前不喜歡自己的身體,甚至有影響我的心情,現在在挺立康學習了體操,體態變正後覺得也更有自信!希望每位側彎朋友,不論選擇什麼方式,都能一起加油,我們是最棒的~❤️❤️❤

However, I want to encourage side bending friends, on the way of side bending, no matter what Whether it is surgery, back frame or exercise, it seems that there is no such thing as a once and for all ? Now I have learned gymnastics at Tinglikang, and I feel more confident after my posture has changed! 連哪裡會有問題都能搞錯!我說痛的不是那邊後就說那有可能其他問題 骨科和脊椎科醫生的想法和看法一句who care帶過 你們的判斷比醫生們都要厲害可以蓋過醫生的說法,哪怕你們連放射設備及放射師都沒有還可以對照片及醫生看法說三道四 雞蛋裡挑骨頭硬要讓附近診所賺 活動日常也弄的像洗腦組織 姑且稱為一個醫療機構內部也沒隱私可言 套用你們的話還給你們就是 真是讓人笑掉大牙 可惜google最低給一星 這一星就當作在正式開始前就發現這些劣跡讓我早點抽身去找其他家給的吧 反正你們who care嘛

經過快一年的時間,側彎有漸漸的改善,雖然過程很辛苦,但是有親切的復健師們的鼓勵跟幫忙,裡面的環境也很舒適整潔,讓我可以有動力持續做下去

從國小聽從醫生建議側彎不會痛就不用特別在意,但到了高中後開始背部痠痛,才意識到不是單單擺在那就沒事了,為了快速解決側彎問題開始跑國術館,非但角度沒有改善卻還更惡化,重新開始找治療方向,才找到挺立康物理治療所,目前的治療方式皆是靠自己去調整體態與改善脊椎,真的很推薦來這邊諮詢與治療!
