N年前整修後，
整體美觀度大大提升，
希望地方民代可以均衡發展，
別把預算全用在縱貫路以東地區，
縱貫路以西區域早期最為發達，
近年卻變得如此落寞，
令人不勝唏噓！

Don’t spend all your budget on the east of the Zongguan Road,
The area west of Zongguan Road was most developed in the early stage,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「采田」（番）「福地」（漢人土地公廟稱呼），就可明顯看出竹塹社漢化的痕跡，這也是「采田福地」在歷史上具有特殊意義的原因。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 巷子裡，要來的話從中正路219巷進入比較好找。雖是稱為古蹟，但總覺得廳內義勇可嘉乾隆落款的匾有點怪，通常古匾不會只有年代至少還要有立匾之人的官銜等等才對啊！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 竹塹社人因為向官方繳納社餉的緣故，清初即被納入「熟番」的身份類屬，其中又以「賜姓政策」影響竹塹社最為直接。社人改用「錢，廖，衛，金，黎，三，潘」七個姓氏，以及薙髮蓄辮。
采田福地的所有故事透過水溝蓋的圖騰可略知一二。還有門前廣場的兩顆莿桐樹亦可了解平埔族的生活型態。
The members of the Zhuqian community were included in the identity category of the "shufan" at the beginning of the Qing Dynasty because they paid social payments to the government. Among them, the "surname-giving policy" had the most direct influence on the Zhuqian community. The members of the community switched to seven surnames, "Qian, Liao, Wei, Jin, Li, San, Pan", as well as the plait of the hair.
All the stories of the landscaping and blessed land can be learned through the totem covered by the gutter. There are also two paulownia trees in the square in front of the gate to learn about the lifestyle of the Pingpu people.
