所以你會很常看到門口在排隊。懂嗎
有時候還會拿燒焦的水煎包問你要不要。
你看到燒焦的都不能出給大單的為何就能出給我？？？？？？？
味道還行，就是麵皮偏甜的口感而已。
台南人會喜歡的那種。
本身麵衣沒有特別之處，再裹個粉水讓下面煎的酥酥焦焦的。
內餡是新鮮的高麗菜絲有稍微炒過。
要不是竹北沒什麼別的選項可以買我還真的不是很想再來光顧..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 詢問老闆後，得知水煎包是五辛素，就想看看不透過肉末與豬油、蝦米來調味，那麽知名度高的關鍵在哪？
首先烹調煎法，是傳統小吃作法的雙面煎水煎包，不是單面煎的生煎包，這樣兩面都有酥脆的皮。
然後內餡高麗菜脆度尚可，也有吃到胡椒與油蔥的味道，判斷還行，但覺得不是驚人好吃的關鍵。
但搭配辣醬時，辣粉聞起來與吃起來，是有晒過太陽的辣椒味道(可能是凱焰辣椒粉之類的作法），當醬油包與辣醬以2比1比例吃起來就蠻搭的，這樣不會太辣，又可吃到辣醬的香味與蒜醬的蒜味。
即使吃到皮較厚的麵皮，也有麵粉的甜味，判斷麵皮也有下功夫在裡頭。

在轉角處，不是很好停車斜對面是警察局不敢亂停
有醬油或是加辣店家有分裝好，也可以直接請他加在水煎包，比較環保。小朋友要吃可以不要加醬，因為內陷沒什麼鹹味
